This Muscat Blanc dominant blend shows the skill and strategy of winemakers to take a well-known varietal and surprise their audience. Fiore, the Italian word for flower, challenges your perception of what you may assume Muscat and Chardonnay to be. With a complete fermentation to dryness and tropical influence from the Viognier grapes, Fiore is light and crisp, floral and tropical, and ready to be enjoyed all summer long.
