Guided by Al Fischer and Julie Peggar from Freaky People Grapes, you will learn the ins and outs of wine, demystifying an art form that's more than 8,000 years old. Your instructors will teach all the basics from vineyard to glass, encompassing winemaking, wine tasting and wine & food pairing. Guests will taste through 6 wine varietals with Al and Julie, all paired with food items from the BW Kitchen. Finishing with a dessert wine, guests will leave with a well rounded knowledge of a variety of wines! Cost includes taxes and gratuity. Class size is limited.
