Enjoying a wonderfully light, refreshing, crisp rosado on the BW Kitchen Patio in the summer is one of the many pastimes around these parts… and this rosado is the perfect wine for the task. Keeping with the vintages prior, we constructed this rosado blend with key characteristics in mind; its zippiness on the palate, refreshing lightness, fruitiness. Each of the varietals in our ’19 VR were deemed perfect for our yearly off-dry rosado because of their acid content, their proper sugar levels, fairly light color and extraordinarily delicate red fruit flavor. Notes of strawberry smoothie, cherry, and cranberry.
Enjoy this wine chilled with light cheeses, crusty bread and olive oil or your favorite sorbet. This bottle is a crowd-pleaser, so picking up a few extra bottles for gifts is never a bad idea.
12.5% ABV, 3.3 pH, 8.0 g/L TA, 270 cases produced
