Shipping Policy

 

We ship Monday through Thursday to try to avoid whenever possible wine sitting in transit over a weekend. Because shipments must be run through compliance, we cannot ship the same day an order is placed. If you have special shipping requests or wish to delay shipping, please contact us to make that request.

Shipments are sent via FedEx ground. Packaging is sturdy to minimize vibration and damage during shipping and environmentally friendly. Care is taken to not allow wine to be exposed to excessive or extreme weather so some shipments might be delayed.

Wine deliveries always require an adult signature or acknowledgment – carriers will not leave packages at the door. We recommend using a business address for your wine deliveries or an address where an adult is present to sign for the shipment.

We will send you the tracking information when your wine ships out.
